Say you buy a car in the US, Canada, China or another country; from that moment on, we can take charge of everything for you. We will take care of delivery to the port of exit; ensure that the vehicle is loaded into a container and onto the right ship; handle all the paperwork (shipping documents and customs forms); ensure your vehicle is unloaded at the port of entry; and that the car is ultimately delivered to the right destination.
If the vehicle in question is destined for Europe and is unloaded in Rotterdam, in almost all cases it will arrive at our customs warehouse in Roosendaal. The imported cars can be landed at this location, motor vehicle tax (BPM) settled and the car registered. The same goes for exports.
You will receive a notification the moment your shipment arrives. From the unloading date, you have five working days to collect your shipment or have it delivered to you.
